Legal and safety framework

Terms of use

A plain-language overview of the expectations that apply while using the Deviant Side beta.

This plain-language page describes the current beta service. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply.

01

Access and account

Deviant Side is intended only for adults. The current beta uses a self-declared date of birth and adult confirmation; this is not identity or document verification.

Public access is not generally open. A beta invitation or other authorized access may be required to create an account. Each member must protect their account and respect The Pact and other members’ privacy settings.

02

Content and interactions

Profiles, media, messages, comments, communities, events and trust recommendations must respect consent, privacy and personal safety.

Visibility of content on Deviant Side is never permission to capture, download, redistribute or expose it out of context.

03

Restrictions and account closure

Harassment, coercion, non-consensual sharing, impersonation, spam, block evasion and illegal or non-consensual content are not permitted. Reports and account restrictions exist in the product, but a report is not a guarantee of a particular outcome or response time.

Access may be restricted, suspended or ended when the community framework or applicable requirements are breached. The current beta does not publish a complete appeals or service-level process.

04

Service limits

The beta can change, pause or remove features. Deviant Side does not promise uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility or a particular social outcome.

These terms are a plain-language product overview, not a final legal agreement. A qualified legal review is still required before public launch.
