This plain-language page describes the current beta service. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply.
Deviant Side may process account data, profile data, privacy preferences, kinks visible by audience, media, messages, social interactions, reports and consent logs.
The product aims to collect only what is needed for access, member-controlled profiles, social features, moderation and account support. Visibility choices do not authorize redistribution outside their intended context.
The privacy center provides profile visibility controls and persistent access, export and deletion request workflows. If product controls are unavailable, contact hello@deviantside.com.
Available rights and response procedures depend on the user's jurisdiction and the status of the beta. Deviant Side does not claim a legal status or certification that has not been formally established.
